brittany kelleher, senior Consultant

Brittany is a Senior Consultant at Wellspring and oversees our presence in Chicago and the Midwest, working out of St. Louis. She brings experience in qualitative research, growth strategy, and program design and implementation.

Previously, Brittany developed the cultural competency wing of the Boston-based nonprofit, The Dudley Promise Corps. She was also a Teach For America corps member in St. Louis, where she taught high school English and spearheaded a free ACT program for urban youth. Her writing on gender issues has been published to national acclaim, and her research on black identity earned her the Ruth J. Simmons Thesis Prize.

Brittany received a BA in History and African American Studies from Princeton University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
