malini sridharan, principal

Malini is a Principal in Wellspring’s New York office. She brings experience in data analysis, fundraising and program implementation.

Previously, Malini taught middle school science at PS 140 Nathan Straus School in New York City and lectured in science education at The City University of New York. Prior to teaching, Malini conducted research in plant genomics and development at the University of Michigan. Malini is a bassoonist in the Brooklyn Wind Symphony.

Malini received an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, where she was Co-Managing Director of the MIT Clean Energy Prize, an entrepreneurship competition with over $350K in prizes. Malini also received an MA in Education from The City College of New York, an MS in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Michigan. She graduated with a BA in Plant Biology from the University of Michigan, with honors.
