Cina Vazir, Associate

Cina is an Associate at Wellspring. He brings experience in project management, growth strategies, qualitative research, and program design. 

Previously, Cina served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Paraguay, where he partnered with local institutions to lead projects in economic development and sustainable infrastructure. He has also worked in community development with the Glide Foundation, a nonprofit that serves marginalized communities in San Francisco. Cina's other professional experiences include working as a founding member of a regulatory startup called Argive and interning for several Washington D.C. think tanks.

Cina holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with distinction from the Ford School of Public Policy, was a James B. Angell Scholar, and wrote his senior capstone on San Francisco’s homeless employment programs. He is fluent in Spanish and Farsi.
