Jiyoung Jeong, Associate

​

Jiyoung is an Associate at Wellspring. She brings experience in research, outreach strategy, and project management. 

Previously, Jiyoung was a Fulbright Scholar in Taiwan, where she taught English at local schools in Yilan and assisted with curriculum design. Prior to her experience in Taiwan, she interned at the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center, a nonprofit that serves Asians and new immigrants in the Boston area, and researched at the Stanford Center on China’s Economy and Institutions. She is the co-founder of Gapyearly, an organization that provides free resources for planning gap years.

Jiyoung graduated with a B.A. with honors in History from Stanford University.
