Molly Moulton, Senior Principal
Molly Moulton is a Senior Principal at Wellspring. She brings experience in financial and market analysis, fundraising, and organizational operations.
Previously, Molly worked as an MBA consultant for the National Park Service, developing a strategy to support cabin camp operations at Catoctin Mountain Park. Prior to business school, Molly worked as a fundraiser for the MIT Sloan School of Management, U.S. Senator Edward J. Markey’s special and re-election campaigns, and Project Bread – The Walk for Hunger.
Molly received her MBA from the Yale School of Management. While at Yale, Molly served as a Yale Center for Customer Insights Fellow, consulting for the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, and served on the Board of Directors and as a tutor with New Haven Reads, a local youth literacy organization. She graduated with a BA in American Studies from Tufts University, magna cum laude.
