Zana Davey-Greaves, Senior Principal

Zana Davey-Greaves is a Senior Principal at Wellspring. She brings experience in strategic planning, market research, fundraising strategies, and organizational development. She has particular experience working with nonprofits and foundations in the healthcare and social service spaces.

​

Previously, Zana interned with the Humana Foundation, working directly with the Executive Director on grant-making strategy, as well as forging and developing partnerships with over twenty organizations to advance the Foundation’s goals. Additionally, she interned for Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado where she conducted market and internal research to inform the organization’s board retreat and strategic goal setting.

Zana received her MBA from the Yale School of Management as a Silver Scholar. She holds dual BAs in Political Science and Ethnicity Race and Migration from Yale University, magna cum laude. While at Yale, she served as the Co-Director of the Yale Hunger and Homelessness Action Project.
