Allen Wehner

Allen is a Consultant at Wellspring. He brings experience in strategy, operations transformation, user-centered design, and operating model change.
Most recently, Allen was an Organizational Effectiveness Partner for TikTok Trust & Safety, where he led org design work, managed cross-functional talent programs, and built tools to help teams operate effectively. Prior to TikTok, he spent three years at McKinsey & Company, advising private and social sector clients on strategy, operations, DEI, and org change. Outside of work, Allen is a theater maker and serves on the board of 404 Theater Company.
Allen graduated from Stanford University with a Masters in Management Science & Engineering, and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Theater. During his studies, Allen served as a Program Fellow for an education equity program, and as a Design Thinking Coach for multiple nonprofits.
