Dylan Arturo

Dylan is a Consultant at Wellspring. He brings experience in diverse social sector initiatives, management consulting, and economic development.
Most recently, Dylan did an MBA internship with McKinsey & Company and a pre-MBA internship with Air Asia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, working on Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Previously, he worked as a community organizer for a Brooklyn-based nonprofit, advocating on behalf of low-income tenants across Brooklyn and Queens. Prior to this, Dylan served as a Business and Economic Development Volunteer for the Peace Corps in Colombia.
Dylan earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management in 2025. He graduated with a BA in Global Studies and Spanish, and a minor in Community Development, from Temple University’s Honors College.
