Gabriela Meschino
Associate
Gabriela is an Associate at Wellspring. She brings experience in applied research, policy analysis, and nonprofit program evaluation and design.
Previously, Gabriela worked as a Workforce Program Fellow for Territory NFP, where she assessed grant opportunities to support funding and drafted a business plan for a nonprofit community design studio workforce program. Before that, she conducted research for the Legal Defense Fund and the UChicago Law School Federal Criminal Justice Clinic. Gabriela also completed an honors thesis focused on analyzing targeted career preparation programs within the context of higher education policy.
Gabriela graduated from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Psychology with honors. She also received a Master in Management (MiM) degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
