Isabel Schoeman

Isabel is an Associate at Wellspring. She brings experience in non-profit program design, strategic planning, and community engagement.

Previously, Isabel completed a fellowship at the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE). During her time at ISBE, she successfully conducted field-based research projects and directly assisted state leaders in enacting impactful policies. She also brings strong experience working with education and child-focused organizations, including Jumpstart for Young Children, Bottom Line, and Graham Windham. She currently serves on Graham Windham's Volunteer Advisory Board.

Isabel graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and a certificate in American Studies.
