Liam Grace-Flood

Liam is a Senior Consultant at Wellspring. He brings experience with strategy and innovation in purpose-driven organizations.

Previously, Liam spent a Summer with the Boston Mayor's Innovation and R&D team; was a Civic Digital Fellow at the International Trade Administration; and won a Thomas J. Watson Fellowship. Outside of work, he has served on the Board at his local bike co-op, done data analysis for the Connecticut General Assembly on criminal justice disparities, and once built an electric motorcycle with New Orleans-based Nightshift Bikes.

Liam received an MBA from the Yale School of Management where he was a Silver Scholar. He holds a dual BA from Wheaton College in Mathematics and Studio Arts with Physics and Computer Science minors and studied Engineering in a dual degree program at Dartmouth College.
