
Liam Grace-Flood
Principal & AI Lead
Liam is a Principal and AI Lead at Wellspring. He brings experience with strategy and innovation in purpose-driven organizations and leads our efforts to advise our clients on AI and to integrate AI into our own work.
He is also the part-time Executive Director at Site Projects, a nonprofit creating public art for the city of New Haven, CT.
Previously, Liam spent a Summer with the Boston Mayor's Innovation and R&D team; was a Civic Digital Fellow at the International Trade Administration; and won a Thomas J. Watson Fellowship. Outside of work, he's served on the Board of the Bradley Street Bike Co-op, done data analysis for the Connecticut General Assembly on criminal justice disparities, and once built an electric motorcycle with New Orleans-based Nightshift Bikes.
Liam received an MBA from the Yale School of Management where he was a Silver Scholar. He holds a dual BA from Wheaton College in Mathematics and Studio Arts with Physics and Computer Science minors and studied Engineering in a dual degree program at Dartmouth College.
