Naomi Arunkumar

Naomi is a Consultant at Wellspring. She brings experience in growth strategy, project management, and brand development.

Previously, Naomi worked at a boutique management consulting and venture capital firm, partnering with a variety of companies across the employee health, insurance, and benefits space to grow through innovative strategic approaches. Additionally, she created a DEI infrastructure and ESG policy for her previous firm and its venture capital fund.

Naomi graduated from Stanford University with a major in Psychology and minor in Economics. While at Stanford, she assisted with research and teaching that explored the intersection of culture and emotion.
