Roza Spencer

Roza is an Associate at Wellspring. She brings experience in nonprofit operations, international development, and applied neuroscience.

Previously, Roza worked as a Program Assistant at Sunflower Services PBC (formerly Arabella Advisors), where she supported program management and operations for a portfolio of nonprofit projects spanning climate research, civic engagement, economic justice, and reproductive rights. She also worked in the White Laboratory of Effective Neuroscience at Brown University, where she contributed to research on the neuroscientific underpinning for human rights. Before that, Roza interned with several social impact organizations globally including Fundacion MC in Santiago, Chile, Family Empowerment Media in Kano, Nigeria, and BakerRipley in Houston, Texas.

Roza graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in International and Public Affairs on the Development track, and a Certificate of Data Fluency.
