Sarah Burleigh

Sarah Burleigh is a Senior Principal at Wellspring. She brings experience in strategy, operating model design, and operations.
Most recently Sarah was an AVP of Operations at Stellar Health, a healthcare technology startup focused on value-based care. Prior to Stellar, she spent five years at BCG where she focused on strategy, operating model and org design, and large scale transformation within the healthcare and social sectors. Sarah was previously an Associate at Wellspring and started her career as an AmeriCorps VISTA at the nonprofit Peace First.
Sarah received her BA from Williams College in Political Science and her MBA from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
